Who Was Anzor Erkomaishvili?
Georgian singer, composer, and folk music researcher Anzor Erkomaishvili. He was born on 10 August 1940.
He is best known for his work as the artistic director of the folk choir Rustavi Ensemble since 1968, as well as his efforts to preserve Georgia's folk singing heritage.
