How Did Giuliano Zoratti Die?
After a long fight with sickness, Giuliano Zoratti passed away at the age of 73. He would have been 74 years old on July 13th.
He was a familiar face in Serie C, where he played as a midfielder for Udinese from 1966 to 1968 before going on to Pro Gorizia in Serie D until 1975.
During these years, he began his coaching career, and in 1977, he joined Massimo Giacomini's staff as his deputy.

Who Was Giuliano Zoratti ?
He was born on 13 July 1947 in Udine, Italy.
He spent numerous seasons as a footballer in provincial games in Friuli-Venezia Giulia. He began his coaching career with Pro Gorizia in 1974.
In the following decade, he assisted Massimo Giacomini on several benches of Serie A and B like Udinese, Milan, Torino, Napoli, Triestina, and Perugia.
In 1986 he signed for Pro Vercelli as the first coach. In the following years, he managed several clubs, leading Reggina in Serie B in 1995.
From 2006 he has coached Itala San Marco, a small club from Gradisca d'Isonzo which led for its first time in Serie C2 in 2008, until the end of the season 2009-10 when the club has failed.
Since the season immediately following, he trained I.S.M. Gradisca, the new club of the city, that is promoted from the Eccellenza Friuli Venezia Giulia to Serie D.
