RIP Edwin Edwards, shown with our grandpa Louis Michot Jr. on his right, Moon Landrieu on left. Louis & Edwin were distant cousins from Avoyelles Parish. Louis was the superintendent of education for the state, elected in spite of having barely went to college for a semester. pic.twitter.com/wEds66mT8A
