Who Was Todd Kabel?
Todd K. Kabel was a Thoroughbred horse racing jockey from Canada. He was born on born December 7 in McCreary, Manitoba, Canada.
He started his riding career at Assiniboia Downs in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and began competing at tracks in Ontario in 1987, eventually relocating to Toronto permanently in 1991.
